Our Fees - NO FEES AT ALL THAT IS IT!
We will still carry out a reference check, which will include contacting your employer and existing landlord and we may require a guarantor if your income or credit history is not suitable. Please note we will need to take copies and verify Government issued photographic identification for all applicants/Guarantors. Click HERE to see the 'Right To Rent Guidance' which contains a list of documents that are acceptable forms of ID. If you decide you would like to rent one of our properties, you will be asked to pay a holding fee which is 10% of the monthly rent. This is security that the property is yours subject to referencing and the landlord's approval. Once this is paid the property will be taken off the market. A property may be held for no longer than 4 weeks. If you decided NOT to proceed with the tenancy, or fail referencing, this fee is NON-REFUNDABLE. Please inform us of any issues as if known about we can often suggest solutions; such as having a guarantor. If the Landlord withdraws the property from the market, you will be refunded in full. |
